Welcome to EYFS!
Our Early Years Department consists of a Little Explorers room for ages 2-3, a Nursery room for ages 3-4, and two Reception classes, each led by qualified Teachers/Early Years practitioner and supported by Teaching Assistants and apprentices.
Our NEW Little Explorers room for 2-3 year olds is a home from home environment, where each child is valued, provided with the highest quality care, and where every day is full of exciting opportunities and experiences to explore.

In Little Explorers we will be exploring construction and transport through a range of multisensory activities.
In Nursery, our theme for Autumn 2 is ‘Bedtime Stories.’ The children will have the opportunity to share their bedtime story with their friends. We will begin to draw the characters from familiar bed time stories.
In Reception, our theme for Autumn 2 is ‘There's no place like home!’ During this topic we will explore homes from around the world and compare them. We will look at the 'homes' of animals too. We also explore why Christians perform a nativity and practise our very own!
