Mindfulness Activities

 

Your child’s mental health is very important to us. Whilst we work hard to ensure you have the correct resources and support to help you child to learn at home we understand that their mental health is paramount. Please do not plod though work if it causing anxiety, instead walk outside together, bake together, read together or just spend time talking.

We have included some activities below you could use instead of your daily home learning activities.
