  • Read Roman numerals up to 100.
  • Add and subtract numbers with up to four digits using formal column method.
  • Estimate and use the inverse operation to check answers.
  • Recall times tables facts up to 12x12.
  • Use place value to multiply and divide mentally.
  • Use factor pairs in mental calculations.
  • Multiply two and three digit numbers by a one digit number using a formal written method.
  • Recognise and show equivalent fractions.
  • Count up/down and count in tenths and hundredths.
  • Add and subtract fractions with the same denominator.
  • Compare numbers with the same number of decimal places.
  • Compare and classify shapes.
  • Identify and compare types of angles.
  • Identify symmetry in shapes of different orientations.
  • Plot positions on a 2D grid as positive coordinates.
  • Convert different units of measurement.
  • Read, write and compare units of time.
  • Interpret and present discrete and continuous data into graphs.
