WB – 22.06.2020.docxThis term is all about familiar and popular nursery rhymes!

We have shared the rhyme one, two, three, four, five once I caught a fish… The children have enjoyed catching the different sized and coloured fish, making delicious fishcakes, role-playing in the fish and chips shop and learning the names of some unique looking fish.

We have shared the nursery rhyme ‘Mary Mary Quite Contrary.’ The children got stuck into planting bulbs; we can’t wait to watch them grown into bright daffodils.

We finally shared bakery themed rhymes such as Pat-a-Cake, Muffin Man and 5 Currant Buns. As well as making lots of bakery treats such as fairy cakes, biscuits and brownies, the children have been learning the names of different tools used in a bakery and role-playing in the Bakery.
