We want pupils to play an active and positive role in all aspects of school life.

We believe that all children should be given the opportunity to lead an initiative or hold a position of responsibility that impacts the school as a whole, so we offer a wide range of leadership roles in teams.

Leadership roles we offer are:

- Head Boy and Head Girl

- Deputy Head Boy and Deputy Head Girl

- Prefects

- Worship Council

- STEM Ambassadors 

- Wellbeing Ambassadors

- Eco-Knights

- Sports Leaders 

Our Head and Deputy Head Boys and Girls 

Our leadership team wrote and presented a speech as to why they would make good heads and deputies. Their peers completed a democratic vote for who they wanted to see appointed. 4 boys and 4 girls were shortlisted and then interviewed by our Headteacher, and the winners chosen.
