- Free school meals.
- Free access to all school trips.
- Extra support with their learning
- Access to free clubs and activities after school
Please fill in this form to check if your child can get free school meals if you receive the following benefits.
- Universal Credit (with a net earned income of £7,400 or less),
- Income Support,
- Income-based JSA/ESA,
- support under Part VI of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999,
- Guarantee element of State Pension Credit
- Child Tax Credit (under specific income thresholds),
- Working Tax Credit
You only need to fill in the form once. We will check each year to see if your child can still get free school meals. If your child moves to another school, the new school may also check this. Please tell the school or council if your money or benefits change.
We will keep your information safe and private. We only use it to check if your child is eligible for free school meals and other support.
If you are in receipt of any of the above please complete the details on this letter and return to the school office
